About This Role
- Perform complex data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support organizational decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize data visualizations, improve automation, and align data with client processes.
- Lead and mentor team members while developing tools, troubleshooting data issues, and establishing best practices for Business Intelligence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university.
- 8+ years of related experience and/or training in business intelligence or data analysis roles.
- Strong development skills in SQL, PL-SQL, TSQL; experience with Tableau, Hadoop, BigQuery, SSIS, SSRS, or PowerBI; Python knowledge.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets across multiple systems and create technical reports with strong query and presentation skills.

- Experienced in leading BI initiatives, able to handle complex data sets and multi-system analysis.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and multitasking capabilities.
- Demonstrates ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions and mentor junior team members.
