About This Role
- Lead complex global programme workstreams involving multiple cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver enterprise-scale transformation activities.
- Apply advanced programme governance including risk management, change control, financial management, and benefits realisation tracking.
- Produce board-quality reporting and act as senior authority on programme strategy and risk, including mentoring junior programme managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of programme management experience leading large, complex global programmes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; PMP or PgMP certification mandatory.
- Expertise in programme governance, risk management, financial management, and executive communications.
- Experience delivering enterprise transformation programmes (technology, commercial, operational or M&A integration).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing senior cross-functional and executive stakeholders across global, complex programmes.
- Demonstrates advanced skills with AI-powered programme management tools and generative AI for executive reporting and strategic documentation.
- Knowledgeable about enterprise transformation delivery in global technology or PE-backed businesses, including AI transformation, commercial growth, and M&A integration.
