About This Role
- Design and build production-grade AI-powered applications and industry solutions on Genesys Cloud for sectors like financial services, healthcare, retail, and more.
- Translate complex industry-specific business processes into scalable, reusable AI applications combining Genesys Cloud APIs, AI capabilities, and enterprise systems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, development, integrations, and deployment of conversational and agentic AI solutions on enterprise scale.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering, application development, or solution architecture experience.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platform including designing, developing, integrating, and deploying applications.
- Strong proficiency with modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java), AI-powered application development, and integrating enterprise APIs and systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise with Genesys Cloud architecture, APIs, AI Studio, Architect flows, and agentic AI technologies such as Cognigy, Sierra, Decagon, or Kore.ai.
- Experience building reusable, production-grade AI industry solutions addressing complex business challenges applicable across multiple customers.
- Ability to lead technical design while remaining hands-on with coding, debugging, prototyping, and integrating AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise systems.
