About This Role
- Own day-to-day NetSuite application support including configuration, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Drive business process improvements by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting testing and deployment.
- Manage and support CRM and ERP integrations, particularly between NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and synchronization.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in business-facing IT or business systems analysis roles supporting enterprise business applications.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite support, configuration (SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, reporting), and understanding of SuiteScript and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales Ops, and IT teams in ERP and CRM environments.
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting of integrations and configuration in multi-entity or multi-currency NetSuite environments, preferably with Salesforce integration experience.
- Capable of translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements with minimal supervision.
