About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements management across full release lifecycle including initial gathering, grooming, implementation alignment, and post-launch validation.
- Drive Quarterly Release Review process, coordinating feasibility assessment, artifact creation, timelines tracking, and blocker resolution.
- Manage platform operations including Jira ticket hygiene, feature configuration during releases, user role administration, and client communications/demos.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Business Analyst, Delivery, or Technical PM role within SaaS or healthcare technology domain.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for requirements management and release tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of running calls directly with client stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years as specified.

- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams involving product, engineering, and client delivery.
- Comfortable translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining fidelity.
- Proficient in managing operational aspects of platform releases and client engagement in a SaaS healthcare environment.
