About This Role
- Own the front end of the AI incubation pipeline from ideation through measurable outcomes, collaborating with business, architects, and delivery across regions.
- Shape raw ideas into clear, prioritized use cases including problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI behavior specifications for build teams.
- Prototype AI solutions using code and data analysis tools, support delivery via backlog grooming, testing, and adoption, and measure value realization post-launch.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in software, technology, or digital transformation environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on programming experience in at least one language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#), plus working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
- Experience working in Agile teams with tools like Jira and Confluence, and working understanding of large language models and AI assistants.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, running workshops and aligning senior business teams with architects and builders.
- Comfortable working hands-on with code and data to prototype AI solutions and validate feasibility before engineering investment.
- Has strategic experience in requirements engineering and understanding AI solution lifecycle including adoption and value measurement.
