About This Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, social media, and lead generation to drive business growth.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS), and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to maintain brand consistency, manage events, and support sales through marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 4–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in interiors, furniture, architecture, luxury, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is mandatory.
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable performance tracking and budget accountability.
- Familiar with managing multiple digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and content coordination.
- Skilled at working with agencies and vendors and supporting business development through targeted lead generation efforts.
