About This Role
- Design, develop, and manage interactive training content and in-app guidance using Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe and SAP Enable Now.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective learning content aligned with organizational standards.
- Monitor and analyze adoption metrics to improve training effectiveness and user engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in training content development and instructional design.
- Proficiency in Digital Adoption Platforms, preferably WalkMe and SAP Enable Now.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, MBA, CA, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning best practices.

- Experienced in implementing and managing Digital Adoption Platforms for enterprise SAP applications.
- Able to handle multiple projects with effective collaboration and communication skills.
