About This Role
- Own the people agenda and lead all HR-related activities for the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Gurugram, India.
- Provide consultation and support on complex people issues including performance management, compensation, staff relations, and people development across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with executive and leadership teams to forecast workforce needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide data-driven insights to support scalable growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of full-time experience in a similar leadership HR role within Financial Services, Consulting, Private Equity, Investment, or complex international organizations.
- Proven experience in building and scaling Global Capability Centers or Shared Services Center functions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Location: Gurugram, India.
