About This Role
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for US & Canada, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Manage payroll governance, controls, compliance, audit requirements, and complex payroll escalations.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in payroll service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in US Payroll Operations.
- Mandatory experience in Staffing Industry, Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO, or Interim Workforce Management.
- Strong expertise with US federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Experience with ADP or equivalent payroll systems; strong payroll governance and compliance knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader with deep experience in US & Canada payroll operations within staffing or workforce solutions environments.
- Proven ability to manage payroll escalations and lead operational improvements including automation.
- Skilled in stakeholder and client relationship management with advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
