About This Role
- Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions by solving highly complex technical problems with minimal supervision.
- Implement and enforce architectural patterns, secure coding, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and observability across engineering, QA, and operations.
- Contribute hands-on to design, code, review, and optimize critical software components while promoting Agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python or Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
- Required presence in office 4 days per week as per company policy.

- Experienced in both front-end and back-end modern technologies with practical knowledge of microservices, domain-driven design, and distributed systems.
- Operates effectively as a technical bridge between engineering, QA, and operations within an Agile and DevOps environment.
- Demonstrates ability to enforce and embed security, reliability, scalability, and performance as core software quality attributes.
