About This Role
- Collaborate closely with IT Directors and VPs to precisely define and continuously adapt hiring requirements for emerging AI technical roles.
- Source, present, and champion top candidates weekly using AI tools (Claude, Findem) and manage candidate screening including Glider assessment.
- Coordinate with client recruiters to avoid candidate overlap and maintain detailed candidate records and feedback for ongoing refinement.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8 years of IT or technical recruiting experience with full-cycle hiring for US clients (agency, RPO, or in-house).
- Proven success filling hard-to-fill or unconventional roles lacking standard titles.
- Proficient with AI tools (Claude) and strong sourcing skills on platforms including LinkedIn.
- Must be able to work US shift from Bangalore office; strong English communication skills mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in engaging senior technology leaders (Directors, VPs) to conduct intake and refine role requirements using data-driven feedback.
- Comfortable recruiting in emerging AI domains with enough technical literacy to credibly discuss complex roles like Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Disciplined in process management with strong note-taking, candidate pipeline tracking, and working with assessment platforms such as Glider.
