About This Role
- Lead design, development, and evolution of enterprise-scale front-end applications, shared UI frameworks, and component libraries.
- Drive technical leadership, engineering excellence, and scalable front-end solutions across multiple product teams.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-performance, reusable UI platforms aligned with architectural standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16 years of software engineering experience with deep front-end development expertise.
- Strong hands-on skills in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Web Components.
- Experience leading large-scale front-end engineering initiatives and technical leadership.
- Onsite work required 5 days a week; relocation available.

- Has proven ability driving adoption of reusable UI platforms and mentoring engineering talent.
