About This Role
- Manage retail accounting operations for Americas, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance resolution for store accounts.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles and audit readiness through detailed review and collaboration with retail operations and upstream teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements and support cross-functional teams including global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Accountant / CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience with SAP / S/4HANA or large ERP systems preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Copilot.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in accounting.
