About This Role
- Manage day-to-day administration and operations of IFM Soft Services including housekeeping and facility services, tracking stock levels and vendor service contracts.
- Support Facilities Manager in ensuring achievement of financial, service level agreements, and key performance indicator targets, including team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to client reporting, compliance checks, health & safety management, emergency procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Facilities Management.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; tertiary qualifications in hotel/building management or business are desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service focus and knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
- On-site work required at Deloitte Towers, Hyderabad; scheduled weekly hours: 48.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing integrated facility management soft services with ability to maintain service quality and compliance under SLA.
- Capable of handling vendor management, invoicing aligned with client finance processes, and stock/material control.
- Familiar with client reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and comfortable working in a structured corporate environment with multiple stakeholders.
