About This Role
- Design, configure, deploy, and manage Amgen’s enterprise voice platforms including Cisco UCM, WebEx Calling, Microsoft Teams Meetings & Calling, and associated video hardware.
- Manage lifecycle of AV, collaboration, and event-technology solutions including deployment, upgrades, testing, documentation, and operational handover.
- Support technical delivery of live, hybrid, virtual, and large-scale corporate events; troubleshoot complex AV, video-over-IP, and collaboration network issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AV, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms (Cisco hardware, Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Pexip, digital signage).
- Working knowledge of networking technologies related to AV (Dante, NDI, SIP trunking, multicast, QoS, DNS, ISE, AVB) and voice/video-over-IP protocols (SIP, H.323, H.264, H.265, Opus, G.722).
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years OR Master’s degree with 1-3 years OR Diploma with 7-9 years experience in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to manage small to medium projects autonomously.

- Experienced in partnering with business users, IS teams, and vendors to deploy technical AV/collaboration solutions and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Comfortable supporting live and executive-facing events within professional environments including streaming and production platforms.
- Able to work across global, virtual teams, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
