About This Role
- Develop and maintain reusable, accessible, and high-performance React and Next.js front-end components for Sitecore AI on Sitecore XM Cloud platform.
- Implement AI-enabled capabilities such as AI-assisted search, recommendations, personalization, and content discovery integrating with Sitecore Experience Edge, GraphQL, and backend services.
- Collaborate with UX, architecture, content, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver seamless digital experiences optimizing performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of front-end or full-stack development experience, including hands-on delivery of Sitecore-based digital experiences and AI capabilities.
- Proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Sitecore JSS or Content SDK, Experience Edge, GraphQL, and modern front-end architecture.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL API integration, CI/CD practices, automated testing, and web performance optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-grade Sitecore XM Cloud and AI solution development with strong understanding of composable DXP architecture and headless Sitecore patterns.
- Skilled at translating complex design and product requirements into maintainable, author-friendly Sitecore front-end components and flexible content models.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize front-end rendering, personalization, caching, SEO, accessibility, and privacy-compliant analytics within multi-disciplinary teams.
