About This Role
- Support procurement strategy and category management engagements to identify cost optimization opportunities and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, market intelligence, and support commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders to develop savings plans, track savings realization, and improve procurement processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement Strategy, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement Consulting, or Procurement Transformation.
- Strong skills in spend analysis, sourcing strategy, supplier management, cost optimization, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience in RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years; Location: Mumbai or Bengaluru; Qualification: MBA/Post-Graduation preferred.

- Strong expertise in strategic procurement and category management with practical experience in sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Proven track record in delivering measurable procurement savings and managing end-to-end sourcing initiatives.
- Experience with procurement transformation, savings governance, and working with large-scale/global procurement organizations.
