About This Role
- Execute and support daily operational activities across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units ensuring shipment accuracy and operational productivity.
- Support Shift In-charges by allocating work, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and maintaining standard operating procedures adherence.
- Maintain operational discipline and support service quality by performing shipment processing, reconciliation, quality checks, and promoting safety and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard Pass; 10th or higher preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit for standing, walking, and manual handling; willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, warehouse operations with knowledge of handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrates operational discipline, quality adherence, and safety orientation in fast-paced logistics environments.
- Able to coach and support junior team members while assisting Shift In-charges in daily operational coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
