About This Role
- Manage end-to-end mid-mile operations at an assigned Air Hub or Surface Hub ensuring efficient inbound, outbound and transit shipment movement.
- Lead shift operations including shipment processing, fleet coordination, manpower deployment to meet network schedules and operational KPIs.
- Drive operational excellence by minimizing exceptions, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and enhancing hub productivity and service quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; logistics or supply chain certifications are advantageous.
- 3–7 years of experience in hub operations, mid-mile logistics, transportation or express distribution (3-5 years for Senior Executive grade; 4-7 years for Assistant Manager grade).
- Experience managing inbound/outbound/transit operations and leading frontline teams in air or surface logistics network.
- Location: SCP (location-specific requirement).

- Proven operational leadership in high-volume, time-sensitive logistics environments managing medium to large hub operations.
- Strong expertise in coordinating shipment movements, network schedule adherence and fleet utilization to drive on-time network connectivity.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams with focus on operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
