About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Service Centres, Branches or Business Delivery Offices ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective shipment movement.
- Drive operational performance including shipment processing, delivery commitments, workforce productivity, customer service, and compliance.
- Lead operational governance through monitoring KPIs, financial controls, safety, audit compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline required; Logistics/Supply Chain certification/diploma is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution operations, including branch or service centre management.
- Experience leading frontline operational teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of operational systems, shipment tracking platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multifunctional logistics operations focusing on end-to-end service delivery and operational excellence.
- Capable of operational leadership including workforce management, financial controls, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in high-travel roles (up to 75%), managing multiple locations, and handling cross-functional coordination under performance metrics.
