About This Role
- Manage IGM filing and related documentation ensuring SCMTR compliance.
- Prepare, verify, and upload shipping/freight documents via ODEX and carrier-specific platforms.
- Coordinate stakeholders and supervise container stuffing at JNPT CFS to support smooth cargo movement and maintain shipment records.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience with IGM filing under SCMTR and using ODEX or similar carrier software.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel for reporting and shipment updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced logistics operations professional familiar with JNPT port procedures and container freight stations.
- Competent in using logistics and shipping software to manage documentation and compliance efficiently.
- Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively for seamless cargo movement under operational pressure.
