About This Role
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in the Professional Services business in India, influencing business priorities and people strategy.
- Lead and execute complex HR initiatives such as organizational design, leadership development, retention, succession planning, and change management.
- Use data and insights to assess organizational health and drive interventions to enhance employee and customer experience across business units.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting diverse and senior client groups.
- Experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and managing complex people initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with comfort working with data and analytics.
- Understanding of local/state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

- Experienced in influencing and building relationships with senior executives and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to lead large-scale people strategy initiatives in matrix and global environments.
- Skilled in diagnosing organizational development challenges and partnering with Centers of Excellence to advance equity and enterprise-wide HR programs.
