About This Role
- Own end-to-end engineering, administration, security, and governance of enterprise collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Develop, deploy, and maintain apps, bots, and workflow automations on these platforms using Slack APIs and extend similar functionality to Zoom and Teams.
- Lead platform health monitoring, incident response, vendor management, roadmap planning, and enforce security and compliance standards including identity and access management controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms, including Slack; familiarity with Zoom or Microsoft Teams administration.
- Proficiency in building with Slack API, Bolt SDK, Events API, and OAuth.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, IT security practices, and compliance requirements.
- Location requirement: Philippines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-region enterprise collaboration environments with hybrid on-prem/cloud messaging setups.
- Capable of owning platform end-to-end including hands-on engineering, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability or interest in mentoring or leading engineering teams and managing vendor relationships.
