About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions and internal engineering platforms used by multiple product teams.
- Improve developer workflows, tooling, and CI/CD processes to enhance software build, test, validation, and release efficiency.
- Participate in architectural discussions, troubleshoot complex cross-domain technical issues, and deliver practical solutions collaboratively.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Linux-based development environments.
- Experience developing production-quality software, preferably with Python and/or C/C++.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex technical problems and improve developer productivity tools and automation.
- Experience working in agile teams with cross-location/international collaboration, indicating strong communication skills.
- Strong background in Python development with exposure to CI/CD and developer tooling preferred.
