About This Role
- Own development and execution of test strategies, test plans, and automation including functional and performance tests.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance test coverage, test data creation, automation development, and defect analysis to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver quality software products within tight timeframes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software quality engineering experience in a multinational company.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, and TypeScript; experience automating REST APIs using Rest Assured.
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) authoring test cases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or relevant field or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in retail or hospitality application testing environments is preferred.
- Familiar with full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and capable of driving AI-assisted testing processes.
- Proficient in utilizing advanced AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve software quality and engineering productivity.
