About This Role
- Develop and maintain an internal business application using AI-powered tools like Emergent, integrating business systems such as Zoho, CRM, and HRMS.
- Translate business requirements into software workflows and manage full-stack development including frontend, backend, database, authentication, and access controls.
- Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance, and document workflows and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack or application development experience.
- Proficient in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and database management.
- Practical experience with AI development platforms (e.g., Emergent, Cursor, Replit) and third-party API integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience specifically with Zoho, CRM, HRMS, or ERP integrations and workflow automation.
- Comfortable working independently to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
- Skilled at customizing AI-generated code and familiar with application security, role-based access control, and cloud deployment.
