About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure enterprise-grade web applications across backend and frontend using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and React.js with TypeScript.
- Build and secure RESTful APIs with authentication methods such as OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS, and containerize deployments using Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
- Leverage AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT plugins) to improve development productivity and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in full stack engineering.
- Proven backend Python development experience delivering production APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Strong frontend development skills with React.js and TypeScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end full stack development combining Python backend and React frontend in secure, scalable enterprise environments.
- Familiar with modern DevOps and AI-enabled development practices including containerization, CI/CD, automated testing, and AI coding assistants.
- Capable of independently guiding projects from planning to delivery and mentoring junior team members in a global collaborative setting.
