About This Role
- Own development and execution of test strategies, test plans, and automation for software quality assurance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align on requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance test coverage, automation efficiency, debugging, and defect analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software quality engineering experience in a multinational company.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, and TypeScript; experience automating REST APIs using Rest Assured.
- Experience with full Software Testing Life Cycle including TDD and BDD test case authoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent industry experience.

- Experienced in retail or hospitality application domains to better understand business contexts.
- Skilled in integrating AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) into software testing processes.
- Capable of handling complex problems under tight timeframes while working across large organizational teams.
