About This Role
- Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery of software solutions.
- Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and leadership for continual service improvement.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional requirements and technical design.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of application development experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including estimation, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Skilled in mentoring and leading technical teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and software design, with ability to communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
