About This Role
- Design, develop, modernize, implement, and support scalable retail software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions, and drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, microservices, automation, and AI-assisted development.
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of software development experience with enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and application modernization, including cloud migration and microservices.
- Proficient with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical design and architecture discussions for enterprise retail software systems.
- Familiar with cloud-native architectures, API-driven development, and application modernization strategies.
- Able to leverage AI-powered development tools to increase productivity while maintaining code quality, security, and performance.
