About This Role
- Design and manage machine learning pipelines including experiment, model, and feature management along with model retraining and scalable API inferencing.
- Lead distributed training, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models (LLM) using GPU architectures and frameworks like DeepSpeed and vLLM.
- Implement DevOps and LLMOps practices using Kubernetes, Docker, and LLM orchestration frameworks such as Flowise and Langflow.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in generative AI, LLMs, and ML pipeline design.
- Mandatory skills: Gen AI, LLM, Huggingface, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras, Langchain, Langgraph, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech, ME) or relevant equivalent degrees (MBA/MCA).
- Work Experience Required: At least 3 years in related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP, and DevOps tools relevant to AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Strong background in advanced ML techniques especially for large language models and model tuning for latency and accuracy improvements.
- Familiar with advanced LLM operations and orchestration frameworks reflecting expertise in scalable and production-grade AI solutions.
