About This Role
- Own development of both front-end and back-end enterprise software applications using multiple languages and frameworks.
- Guide and review code of junior developers, perform peer code reviews, and maintain code repositories.
- Ensure software quality through writing unit test cases, fixing bugs, and providing rapid technical support for production issues with minimal turnaround time.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/BSc/BCA/MCA or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., NIIT, Agile Scrum).
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks including C#, VB.NET, JAVA, Python, Angular, React, ASP.NET, .Net Core.
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB and familiarity with 3-tier/n-tier architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full stack development working with both Microsoft and open source technologies at an enterprise scale.
- Able to translate requirements into scalable software designs and implement solutions across client-server architecture.
- Capable of delivering maintainable, test-driven code while mentoring others and supporting production environment issues promptly.
