About This Role
- Lead design and development of full-stack enterprise software systems including front-end and back-end components.
- Guide and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality and architectural standards.
- Manage deployment, production support, and ensure functionality through testing and debugging.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 11+ years of software development experience.
- Educational qualification: BE/BTech/BSc/BCA/MCA or equivalent certifications in Agile/Scrum.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks including C#, VB.NET, JAVA, Xamarin, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Python, C++, Ruby, Angular, React, Power platform.
- Experience with 3-tier/n-tier architecture, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre SQL, MongoDB), and web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Ajax, jQuery).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft and Open Source technologies in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in designing modular, reusable, and scalable architectures with 3-tier/n-tier patterns.
- Prior exposure to banking domain is preferable, indicating capability to work in regulated financial environments.
