About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning and minimal human intervention.
- Integrate agents with internal APIs, databases, and third-party services using tool/function calling.
- Implement observability, guardrails, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks to ensure reliable agent operation at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years professional software engineering experience; 4+ years working with LLMs/GenAI in production.
- Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills with end-to-end service ownership.
- Hands-on experience with at least one agent orchestration framework (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, N8N).
- Experience with vector databases, prompt engineering, API usage patterns, and cloud deployment (GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and debugging complex, multi-step autonomous AI workflows in production.
- Skilled in prompt engineering, integrating AI with enterprise applications, and maintaining operational observability.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with senior engineers and product teams to translate workflows into AI agent capabilities.
