About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System tools aligned with Quality business processes.
- Manage product lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution delivery, backlog prioritization using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure solutions comply with GxP standards and support system validation and scalability within a Quality-focused technology environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Science, or related field required.
- 3+ years experience in technical project management with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems including Veeva Vault Quality and tools like TrackWise.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in technical project management relevant to QMS in life sciences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in life sciences Quality Management Systems and validated solution delivery (e.g., GMP, GxP compliance).
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams, managing complex, regulated projects with Agile practices.
- Strong understanding of QMS technology landscape including system architectures, integrations, and compliance impact assessment.
