About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex AI and agentic platform capabilities for reuse across products.
- Own multi-step agentic systems including reasoning, retrieval, memory, policy controls, and human oversight with production-grade reliability.
- Drive technical execution, code reviews, AI evaluation standards, and cross-team coordination on architecture and operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience delivering generative AI or agentic systems into production, including agent orchestration, tool calling, and model integration.
- Strong experience building distributed systems, APIs, cloud services, and implementing AI evaluation, monitoring, security, and reliability mechanisms.

- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.
