About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design execution for a major, high-impact product area within the cloud networking security domain.
- Define and maintain UX models, experience transitions, and contribute to design system patterns and documentation.
- Plan and conduct user research independently; mentor designers and provide feedback to elevate team design quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design or UX with advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of significant product areas end-to-end, including goal definition and execution.
- Deep fluency with industry-standard design tools and ability to develop new design patterns and components.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in product design or UX.

- Experienced in managing complex, ambiguous design projects in technical or enterprise product environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor designers and improve design quality organization-wide.
