About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex AI and agentic platform capabilities reusable across Redwood products.
- Own significant systems with responsibilities including architecture, reliability, AI evaluation, and technical decision-making.
- Coordinate technical delivery across teams and resolve complex production issues with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or equivalent production language.
- Hands-on experience delivering generative AI or agentic systems in production, including orchestration, tool calling, and AI evaluation.
- Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, cloud services, software architecture, CI/CD, and production operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building production-grade AI agentic systems with ability to independently navigate ambiguous requirements and technical trade-offs.
- Demonstrated leadership in complex technical projects involving multiple contributors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Skilled at creating reusable engineering frameworks and influencing broader AI platform strategy with measurable outcomes.
