Job description
Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Develop, iterate, and deploy ML models for time series, audio signals, and sensor fusion within a sensor-driven product ecosystem.
- Build and maintain data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines for scalable training and inference.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and app teams to integrate model outputs into actionable product insights, ensuring production readiness including edge deployment with latency and resource constraints.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field from a Tier 1 institute (IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of applied machine learning experience.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one ML framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Experience taking at least one ML model from prototype to production or near-production deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in time series analysis and at least one of CNNs, RNNs, or signal processing techniques, preferably with audio signal processing or accelerometer-based classification experience.
- Experience with edge or embedded ML model deployment, aware of latency and resource constraints in production environments.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams (firmware, hardware, app) in a fast-moving, sensor-driven product development setting.
