About This Role
- Lead requirement gathering and documentation, including creation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and mockups.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful product delivery in a SaaS environment.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and basic technical knowledge (SQL, APIs, system integrations) to support analysis and communication with engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience specifically in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and basic technical concepts related to APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with requirement documentation artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in SaaS domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies and comfortable working in fast-paced SaaS delivery teams.
- Skilled in using collaboration and documentation tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
