About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Lead architectural patterns enforcement, software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD), and embed security, observability, and performance throughout the SDLC.
- Act as technical liaison across engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure high-quality, seamless product deliveries with hands-on development involvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven software development experience.
- Mandatory skills: Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python or Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, API design (gRPC, REST), CI/CD pipeline design, SQL (PostgreSQL or similar), automated testing frameworks.
- Role requires physical presence in office 4 days per week as per company policy.

- Experienced software engineer proficient in full-stack development with strong backend and frontend expertise using modern frameworks and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrates strong competency in Agile and DevOps practices with ability to lead cross-functional teams and enforce best practices in secure coding and quality assurance.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural, and global environment, bridging communication among engineering, QA, and operations stakeholders to drive results.
