About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex AI-native features across the ServiceNow platform, including architecture through production operations.
- Build and integrate LLM-based workflows and agentic AI patterns ensuring reliability, governance, and operational excellence.
- Define AI tool usage across development lifecycle and own production quality, defect triage, and release readiness for the area.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years software engineering experience with technical leadership at staff level or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar language and solid system design skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based features: prompt design, retrieval/context management, evaluation, cost/latency tradeoffs.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, multi-tenant systems, and secure software delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or software delivery, including AI-assisted development tools with informed opinions on their effectiveness.
- Skilled in agentic AI architectures with knowledge of orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Able to communicate clearly to senior leadership and align cross-functional teams on ambiguous technical problems.
