About This Role
- Lead and own complex technical initiatives end-to-end from discovery, prototyping, implementation to production deployment and continuous improvement.
- Drive architecture decisions and technical strategy across multiple teams, influencing product direction and engineering standards without direct authority.
- Develop and productionize AI-native solutions leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, semantic search to improve customer experience and engineering productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience designing and developing scalable applications or distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or related field with minimum 4 years software engineering experience OR 6 years software engineering experience without degree.
- Strong hands-on system design, architecture, cloud technologies (including Azure), RESTful services, microservices, APIs, messaging and data platforms.
- Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG or AI-assisted development is highly valuable but not strictly mandatory.
