About This Role
- Own and manage the Ocean reporting portfolio, including roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and governance to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Lead and develop a team of reporting professionals, setting priorities, coaching, and removing delivery obstacles to maintain accountability for outcomes.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot advanced Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python reporting solutions hands-on when needed, ensuring scalability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in BI, reporting, or analytics with substantial hands-on report development.
- Experience in leading people, workstreams or reporting portfolios with accountability for delivery and stakeholder management.
- Location requirement: Based in Mumbai, Chennai, or Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex reporting portfolios with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, scalable reporting roadmaps and technical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing BI/reporting teams while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Hands-on senior-level expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python and familiarity with platforms like Databricks and Dremio, comfortable working in Agile environments.
