About This Role
- Manage daily operations and service delivery of fund accounting teams ensuring policy adherence, NAV/yield accuracy, and SLA compliance.
- Oversee staff activities, resolve issues promptly, implement workflow and technology improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with global teams, maintain risk compliance, and conduct performance management including hiring and development.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Fund Accounting; 8+ years preferred in accounting or finance field.
- Accounting background is preferred; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
- Experience leading automation initiatives and strong risk and control achievements.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred; Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Coimbatore/Chennai/Mumbai.
