About This Role
- Define and implement long-term vision and growth strategy for Broker Models business, including company coverage and product adoption expansion.
- Lead end-to-end business transformation through AI, automation, and scalable operating models to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and lead global cross-functional teams, driving innovation and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Commercial units.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years leadership experience in financial data, market intelligence, research, analytics, or related industries.
- Proven track record in building, launching, and scaling new businesses or products, with strong commercial and P&L management skills.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation leveraging AI/ML-enabled data extraction and automation.
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams; explicit mention of London Stock Exchange Group context, implying possible location preference.
