About This Role
- Own day-to-day data execution and operations for one or more therapeutic areas, ensuring delivery stability, business continuity, and SLA compliance.
- Lead operational governance including incident management, demand tracking, backlog health, and continuous improvements with a focus on automation to reduce manual effort.
- Manage and coordinate distributed teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver data operations aligned with pharmaceutical commercial and oncology data ecosystems.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in data operations, data engineering, or related technology roles with team or program leadership responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong pharmaceutical or life sciences domain knowledge, preferably commercial or oncology data ecosystems.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
