About This Role
- Manage end-to-end project administration, including setup, documentation, timeline monitoring, and risk identification across HR transformation projects.
- Coordinate advisory session logistics and resource staffing aligning with project requirements and maintaining accurate schedules.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports, leveraging PSA tools and Microsoft 365; identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in project administration, coordination, or similar operational support roles.
- Proficiency with PSA tools and Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Master's in Business Administration or HR Management.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in relevant operational/project coordination roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and geographies simultaneously with strong prioritization capabilities.
- Analytical mindset focused on improving operational processes through reporting, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Experience or interest in AI-powered operational workflows and background in professional services, consulting delivery, or customer success is a plus.
