About This Role
- Lead financial operations for the business unit, including revenue analysis, utilization, and staffing assessments.
- Develop, design, and manage financial models and reporting packages (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support business insights and SOX compliance.
- Collaborate daily with multi-level leadership (VP, GMs, Directors, Project Managers, Sales) to provide actionable financial analysis and support business initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is mandatory.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations.

- Experienced in managing complex financial analyses and forecasting within service-oriented business units.
- Comfortable working independently with ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines, interacting across leadership levels.
